We would like to introduce our new Head Chef Joe Vanbrakle. Chef Joe has been the new chef at the New Rochelle Day Nursery since January 4, 2016. He attended The Art Institute of New York City and received his Culinary Arts Certificate in May 2005. He worked as Assistant Culinary Director/Sous Chef at Atria Senior Living in Rye Brook, and as Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef at Chef & Company, Stone Rose Lounge, and Creative Concepts which are all located in NYC. Chef Joe has been busy updating and revising our current menus to make them healthier and more pleasing to the children. Please join us in welcoming Chef Joe.
